Up to 4 hours of daytime hire* with:

·       One of our beautiful bell tents as well as rugs and cushions inside

·       A selection of rugs and cushions

·       Wooden picnic tables

·       Place settings (includes plate, linen napkin, cutlery, wine glass and tumbler)

·       Personalised chalkboard event sign

·       Drinks buckets (you bring the ice)

·       Cosy throw blankets (when it’s chilly)

·       Décor and fresh seasonal floral arrangements (yours to keep) or dried arrangements (hire only)

·       Your choice of colour scheme and/or theme within our available stock

And of course, complete set up, pack down and styling also included.

 

  *Event to finish by 4pm or 6pm during daylight savings, events finishing after this time will incur      an after-dark pack up fee.

**Tent size chosen by Fox Meets Bear based on event size and other bookings that day.
    Our 6 metre tent can be reserved for an additional $50.
